AI keeps changing. Your school shouldn't face it alone.
The GenTech AI Support Plan is ongoing support for school and trust leaders and their staff, so you always have somewhere to turn when technology moves.
More than a training day
A one-off session
- Useful on the day
- New tools arrive the next month
- Questions have nowhere to go
- Momentum fades
The AI Support Plan
- Support all year, not one day
- Someone who knows your school
- A place to take new questions
- Progress that keeps building
What's included
One school, twelve months.
Not included
A technical helpdesk, product buying or procurement decisions, legal advice, safeguarding casework, extra on-site days and learner programmes. Extras are available as add-ons at a day rate, so you only pay for what you use.
Built around your school
There is no template school. We agree what the plan looks like with you, shaped around the things that matter in your context.
Investment
A 12-month agreement, invoiced termly so you can spread the cost, with a review at six months to adjust the scope.
Questions leaders ask
Do we need to do the Readiness Review first?
Most schools start there, because it shows where you are and what your plan should focus on. We can talk through your situation on a diagnostic call.
Is it for a single school or a trust?
Both. The plan can support one school or several schools across a trust.
How is it different from a training day?
A training day is one moment. The AI Support Plan is ongoing, so support continues as tools and priorities change.
What if we need more than is included?
Extra sessions, on-site days and other support are available as add-ons at a day rate, agreed before any work starts.
Can we bring in specialists?
Yes. GenTech works with a network of trusted specialists, including primary computing and digital learning experts, when your school needs them.
Want support that lasts?
Book a 30-minute call. We'll talk about what your school needs and whether an AI Support Plan is the right fit.
