Know where your school stands with AI, and what to do next.
The AI Readiness Review gives school and trust leaders a clear picture of their current position and a practical plan for this term, without jargon or a sales pitch.
Is this right for your school?
You're being asked about AI
Governors, staff or parents are asking what the school's position is, and you want a clear answer.
Staff are already using it
Teachers are trying AI tools without shared guidance, and you want safe, consistent practice.
You don't know where to start
There are too many tools and too much noise, and you need sensible priorities before you spend anything.
What we look at
Six areas, chosen because they are where schools most often need a clearer view. We focus on the ones that matter most in your context.
How it works
Diagnostic call
A 30-minute conversation to understand your school and agree whether the review is the right fit.
Leadership discussion
A structured discussion with your leaders about where you are across the six areas.
Follow-up call
We agree your priorities and next steps, and how GenTech can support you if you want it to.
Timings are agreed with you on the diagnostic call, around your calendar and term dates.
What you leave with

Investment
You know the cost before we start, with no hourly billing and no surprises.
Who leads your review
Every review is led by GenTech, either by founder Ravi Chagger or by an experienced specialist from our network. We agree who on your diagnostic call.
Ravi has led AI strategy in a multi-academy trust, where he built the AI framework and governance its schools use, in line with DfE standards. He has also overseen more than £1.5m in grants and partnerships, including as Chair of Havering Changing, an Arts Council England community programme.
He started GenTech to bring a community together and build a central education AI hub, so schools can share what works.
Questions leaders ask
Who should be in the leadership discussion?
Usually the headteacher or CEO, plus the people responsible for curriculum, IT and safeguarding. We'll agree the right group on the diagnostic call.
Do we need technical knowledge?
No. The review is written for leaders, not specialists, and we explain anything technical in plain language.
Is it for single schools or trusts?
Both. We can review one school, or look across several schools in a trust.
Will you tell us which products to buy?
The review is about your priorities and readiness first. We won't push tools you don't need.
What happens after the review?
You can act on the plan yourselves. If you want ongoing help, the AI Support Plan gives your leaders and staff support through the year.
